h|tech built-in kitchen appliances are exclusively produced from the best materials and according to the highest working standards. h|tech provides a two-year manufacturer warranty on every appliance and every repair carried out by the integrated kitchen appliances customer service.

Durability and professional service: That’s the h|tech promise. This is available for all h|tech built-in kitchen appliances for a surcharge. In order to activate the 5-year warranty, products must be registered online within 90 days.

Yes, this is possible. The customer informs Garantie-Datenbank 24 GmbH that the appliances have been sold and to whom the warranty will be transferred. The customer then receives further documents to be completed and returned to the warranty database for processing.
This warranty applies to the new, permanently installed built-in and floor-mounted electrical appliances listed individually in the warranty certificate, e.g. refrigerators or freezers, hob extractors, stoves, microwaves, ovens, dishwashers and extractor hoods.
The damage must be reported immediately, within 14 days of its discovery at the latest, by phone, in writing or in text form to:

Registration is required within 90 days. The warranty period always begins on the date of delivery.
The certificate is generated via the h|tech website. The appliances are registered under the menu item “my h|tech” and the warranty certificate is emailed to the end customer after the payment process is completed (only for appliances subject to a fee). Since registration requires the end customer's data including e-mail address, it should also be carried out by the end customer.
